Your username will be the lead email address that your app is set up with. The email address is where you receive inquiries if someone contacts you via the app. If you are unsure of this email address, please contact your company app administrator. If you are having trouble logging into the Engage Portal using your email username and password, go to your app's expanded menu via the three lines in the upper lefthand corner of the app and send us a message via the App Help button so we can help you log in.
