If you cannot get your app branded to you, go to the flyout menu and tap App Help. An email box with text will pop up. Above that text, please let us know that your app is not branding to you. Do not delete the text that you see. Tap Send to send us your email. Our customer support team will review the text and let you know how to get your app branded to you.
