When clients and prospects send you emails using your app the emails will go directly to your inbox. If you are not seeing the emails in your inbox, you need to whitelist the email by including them as a 'safe' sender or adding the email as a contact. The email address you want to whitelist for your app users is: sa-referral@smarteragent.com or sa-branded@smarteragent.com.
For Gmail accounts:
- Go to Contacts in your Gmail account.
- Select the + icon to add a contact.
- Enter the sender's information, including the email addresses (sa-referral@smarteragent.com and sa-branded@smarteragent.com)
- Select Save.
For Yahoo accounts:
- Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- Select the address book icon in your Yahoo Mail account.
- Select New Contact.
- Enter the sender's information, including the email addresses (sa-referral@smarteragent.com and sa-branded@smarteragent.com).
- Select Save.
For Outlook accounts, you will need to follow these steps on your desktop or laptop computer:
For Outlook 2013 and 2016:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Click the Junk button.
- Choose Junk E-Mail Options from the drop-down list.
- Click the Safe Senders Tab and click Add.
- In the Add address or domain box, enter the email address or the domain name you want to whitelist.
- Click OK and close the window.
For Outlook 2010:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Click the Junk button.
- Choose "Junk E-Mail Options" from the drop-down list.
- Go to the Safe Senders tab.
- Type in either the email address or the domain name you wish to add.
- Click OK.
For Outlook 2003, 2007 and Express:
- Click Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- Click Junk E-mail.
- Click Junk E-mail Options.
- Click the Safe Sender tab.
- Click Add.
- Type in the email address you wish to add to your safe sender list.
- Click OK.
