Our customer success team put together a list of best practices to help you and your agents make the most of your app:
- Schedule app training for yourself and your team within 30 days of signing the agreement. Your account manager will coordinate the training whenever it is convenient for your team.
- Make sure all your agents downloaded their app and are sharing it with their sphere of influence via email, text, social media and their other marketing materials.
- Amplify the launch of your app by emailing your sphere of influence and then following up with a call to confirm they downloaded the app to their mobile device. Highlight the app features, such as saved favorites or the agent contact buttons, that will help them with their home search and getting stay connected with your agents.
- Ask clients to refer you and your agents by sharing the app with their friends and family, who are looking to buy their next home or sell their existing one. Ask every new client you meet, whether they are a buyer or seller, to download your app when you first meet. It makes for wow factor that you have your own app, especially when you are doing a listing presentation.
- Add your personalized URL or text code anywhere you advertise your contact information, such as your email signature or LinkedIn profile.
- Add the App Store and Google Play badges and the mobile detect code to your website so clients and prospects can download your app when they are using their mobile device.
- Mention your app in the About section of your social media pages and profiles and periodically post seasonally relevant content you can use to tease your app, such as promoting an upcoming open house.
- When meeting with sellers, let them know to share their newly listed home on their own Facebook and Twitter accounts right from the app.
- Ask your sphere of influence to write a review for your app on the App Store or Google Play, depending on the device they use. This will increases your app's ranking in the store and make it easier for new prospects to discover your app.
- Add your personalized URL and text code into MLS listings in the public remarks section or the virtual tour and website sections of each listing.
