Your new engage platform means you can access all information pertaining to client engagement with your mobile app in one place. Before you can do that, you will need to set up a password. The steps to setting up your password and recovering it are essentially the same.
- Go to engage.smarteragent.com. You should see a login page.
- Click the “Reset Password” option. Do this the first time you access your engage platform as well as in the event you lose your password.
- You will be prompted to enter your email address. A link to reset your password will then be emailed to you.
